Rental Hire Period.
All hire bookings are charged from the time of collection to the time equipment is returned.
All equipment is checked and tested prior to collection and on return. We cannot accept liability for any failure in use or for consequential loss.
The hirer must check all equipment carefully for completeness and function at time of collection.
It is the hirer’s responsibility to:
Return the rental equipment to us.
Pay the rental rate for each day that the equipment is in your procession and until the equipment has been returned to us.
Loss/Damage and Insurance
During the period of hire, the Hirer is solely responsible for the hired equipment and must insure the items with a reputable insurance company against all risks.
Any equipment that is stolen must be reported to the police and to mHire within 24 hours.Please provide your crime reference number and details of the loss.
Insurance can be provided at a rate of 15% of the total hire cost and all prices are subject to 23% VAT
Equipment returned damaged will be repaired by mHire who will charge on the repaired costs.
The hirer shall indemnify mHire against all claims and expenses in respect of damage injury or loss arising directly or indirectly out of the use of the equipment.
By direct bank transfer,cash,cheque (no card facilities as yet)
Cheques made payable to Arbour Yard Ltd.
Non account customers wishing to hire equipment must pay the hire fee and insurance by cash, direct bank transfer, before or at the time of collection.
Any booking cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a charge of 50% of one day’s rental.
mHire will not be held responsible for any loss of earnings or personal damage incurred due to the misuse of our equipment.
Mhire’s liability in connection with the hire of the equipment shall be limited to the sum paid for the hire.
